What is Active Pass?
Starting June 21st, Active Pass is an online training group offering a variety of fitness sessions via zoom each week.
Each training session is led by one or more of our coaches, who bring their specific expertise to the fore.
Whether it’s strength and conditioning with Alex on a Monday, Ralph’s HIIT circuits on a Tuesday and Thursday, or Mary’s famous ‘fitness fives and stretch’ session on a Friday, you’ll leave feeling fitter, fresher and ready to face the day ahead.
Each week, we’ll be hosting:
2x bikes sessions, led by Coaches Robbie / Ryan, to help develop Cadence and Power
2x high intensity sessions, led by Coach Ralph
1x strength and conditioning session led by Coach Alex
2x stretching and mobility classes, led by Coach Mary
1x dry land swimming session, led by Coach Ryan
Plus a Sunday social group Zwift ride, led by Coach Robbie
Don’t worry, if you can’t make our weekly real-time training sessions, you’ll have access to the recorded classes, so you can take part at a time that’s more convenient.

What our Active Pass members think
“The classes have been great at improving my functional strength and agility, especially since I've been moving less during lockdown - they've helped me rediscover muscles I'd forgotten existed! The live group aspect of the class has also really helped me stay accountable at making sure I get some quality movement in each day, and Mary and Alex have been great in helping everyone to keep pushing throughout the class.”
Claire Res
“I have only been attending for a short time but I find the sessions to be really beneficial for my overall strength and fitness. Mary is really knowledgeable and motivational - whenever I’m tiring on a long run I can hear her voice in my head telling me to “stand tall and finish strong.”
Natalie Etches
“The mid-week cycling sessions are generally more technically focussed with a session plan and coached instructions that can be adapted to anyone that participates. It's a great way to mix live coaching with modern technology in a group session to help achieve training goals.”
