1. Terms and Conditions - Online Shop & Website

This contract sets out: your legal rights and responsibilities; our legal rights and responsibilities; and certain key information required by law.

In this contract:

‘We’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means RnR Sports Coaching Ltd; and

‘You’ or ‘your’ means the person using our site to buy goods from us.

RNR Sport is a trading name of RnR Sports Coaching Ltd is registered in the United Kingdom at 16 Montpellier House, Suffolk Square, Cheltenham, GL50 2DY, UNITED KINGDOM / company number 14179225

When buying anything from our website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other documents referred to in them.

Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please contact our Customer Service team at info@rnrsport.com. 

2. Terms of Service

By placing an order via our website (RNRSport.com), you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

In order to contract with RNR Sport you must be over 18 years of age. RNR Sport retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party with which you have contracted with. This will usually be RNR Sport, or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party, RNR Sport is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. 

3. Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. RNR Sport retains the right to accept or reject this offer before processing the order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched. A second email will be sent confirming these arrangements and the title of goods will not be transferred until they have been dispatched.

4. Payment

Payment can be made via our secure checkout pages using your credit or debit card (details of accepted credit or debit cards are provided during the checkout process). You can also pay using PayPal. Card charges will appear on your statement as "RNR Sport".

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card, bank account, or PayPal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

The international currency costs of products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.

Due to the nature of the clearing system, your credit card payment will be taken at the point of processing. If a problem in supply should occur, your payment method will be refunded as soon as possible. The refund may take a couple of days to show as cleared funds on your account, depending on payment provider.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your destination country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from the UK.

Note: By linking a payment card to your account, you give us continuous permission to automatically charge that card for the required value to cover the payment amount when you use your account to place an order specifying the use of this payment card.

We may charge the payment card again if the previous attempt failed.

You can stop the permission by unlinking the card from your account at any time.

5. Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. 

The website may contain typographical errors, or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

6. Availability / Estimated Delivery Times

We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to dispatch all parts within the quoted time. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be dispatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately.

RNR Sport has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time, just email admin@rnrsport.com with your order number and cancellation request.

Occasionally, we find ourselves having to withdraw an item because it has become obsolete or has been discontinued. If you have placed an order for an item that has been made obsolete we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative if one is available.

7. Delivery

We use trusted third party logistics providers to deliver our goods. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from the UK. UK mainland delivery is included in the product’s price, using UK Royal Mail second class signed for delivery. For overseas orders, please contact admin@rnrsport.com. 

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays, or other occurrences beyond our control for which we will not be responsible. 

If there is a delay in delivering the goods we will inform you of this via email and the goods will be dispatched as soon as available.

Delivery of the goods will occur when we deliver them to the address you provide us with when you make your order. You are responsible for the goods when delivery has taken place.

We may need to deliver your goods in instalments. If that is the case we will let you know in advance.

If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you live.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. We strongly advise against deliveries to be made to hotels or third party couriers. Any orders made, to be sent to a hotel or a third party courier, are entirely at your risk once delivery has been made by our logistics provider. 

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your destination country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from the UK.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are prepared by our team, email admin@rnrsport.com with your order number and we will arrange a full refund. If the item has already been dispatched then please see our returns policy.

Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order in writing (except for customised products), 14 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. Please see returns policy for guidance on method and costs of return.

9. Returns and Refunds 

If you change your mind on your purchase, you have 28 days to return the item/s for a refund subject to some exclusions set out below. All goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. 

There are some exclusions to our returns policy, and the following items detailed below (unless faulty or not as described) are not eligible for a refund:

  • Nutritional products, or those with a best before date 

  • Any customised or personalised items

  • For hygiene reasons, any intimate garments such as trisuits, bike shorts and swimsuits can only be returned if the items are unworn (and any protective packaging remains)

  • Gift vouchers

  • Products received over 28 days ago

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed

  • Products returned in an unsatisfactory condition

  • Please note, we reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the purpose was for stock trading/reselling and not personal use.

Please note, the cost of returning an item is not the responsibility of RNR Sport, and will be subject to the relevant postage costs outlined by the delivery method you choose. 

Please contact admin@rnrsport.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will then advise where you should return your item to.

Returned items will be checked by one of our specialists to ensure they meet the refund criteria set out above. Please note, if you return items that do not meet the refund criteria, or are specifically excluded, we will be unable to process a full refund. We will contact you in such circumstances.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order within 3-5 working days of receipt at our warehouse, or once the item has been checked by one of our specialists.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Exchanges

We cannot offer exchanges for unwanted items (unless it is faulty, damaged or not as described). In such instances where a purchased product doesn’t fit, or you’ve changed your mind, please follow our standard returns policy and request a refund. Your refund will be issued back to your original payment method as per our returns policy. You can then place a new order for any replacement / alternative items you require. 

11. Damaged, Incorrect & Incomplete

If you have received an item that is damaged, not what you ordered, or is missing parts please email admin@rnrsport.com with your order number and photographs of the issue before returning any goods - we may be able to solve your problem without you incurring any postage costs.

12. Faulty Item

Faulty items are not included in our return’s policy and can be sent back to us at any time. Items sent back to us will undergo an inspection and, in certain circumstances, it may be necessary to send the item away to the manufacturer to confirm the fault. 

All goods purchased from RNR Sport are normally covered by a manufacturer's warranty, which, generally speaking, will cover manufacturing faults and defects including poor workmanship. We will always honour the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

Please email admin@rnrsport.com with your order number, photographs of the issue and details of the fault, to arrange to return the item. We will then get in contact with you for the next steps in completing your claim. For faulty items, please allow us 14 days to process the return. This is because the item will be subject to an inspection with our warranty team. If an item needs to be sent to the supplier for an inspection you will be notified via email, supplier inspections can take up to 30 days. 

Please note: items must be cleaned before being returned. Any items returned in an unreasonable state may be refused due to health and safety reasons.

13. Liability

We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third party claims.

We will do our best to get all orders dispatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being dispatched.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

14. Fair Purchase Policy

At RNR Sport, we buy from our suppliers with an agreement to sell to our private customers. It is not in our business model to sell items in bulk quantities to other retailers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders which we suspect are beyond the requirements for an individual or club arrangement.

15. Finalisation of Contract

The presentation of products in this online shop does not represent a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the button ‘Buy’ / ‘Order and Pay’, you place a binding order for the products in your shopping basket. We send you a confirmation of receipt of your order by automated e-mail when receiving the order straight after it is placed. With this e-mail, the purchase agreement comes into effect.

17. Governed Law

RNR Sport Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

18. Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, all rights, including copyright, in the content of these RNR Sport web pages are owned and controlled for these purposes by RnR Sports Coaching Ltd.

In accessing RNR Sport web pages, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and noncommercial use.

You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store, transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of these RNR Sport pages for any other purpose whatsoever, in any medium, without the prior written permission of RnR Sports Coaching Ltd.

Exceptions and Acknowledgements - feel free to use small quotes from the RNR Sport website as long as you acknowledge our website and provide a link back to the original source.

19. General terms and conditions for all RNR Sport promotions & promotional / discount voucher codes

Online use only.

Minimum spend required (exclusive of any delivery costs).

RNR Sport reserves the right to end promotions at any time.

Discount vouchers / promotions are only redeemable against in-stock items.

Orders for out of stock items cannot be accepted.

Discount vouchers / promotions cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.

Discount vouchers / promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer.

These codes are single use per account.

Discount vouchers/promotions cannot be applied retrospectively.

Orders containing excluded brands are not valid for any promotion.

20. Privacy Disclaimer

We will never sell or pass on your name and address to any other organisation / third party without your consent. Your details are confidential and you will never receive unsolicited mail as a result of ordering from RNR Sport.

We expect you to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password for your RNR Sport account.

21. Privacy Policy

RnR Sports Coaching Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulations 2018). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best service possible. 

We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future. You can also email us to stop receiving any information about us and our services by clicking here. 

The type of information we will collect about you when you place an order, or register on our web site includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by visiting your account or emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We will not transfer or sell your information. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site.

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

When you place an order we need to know your name, email address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of the status of your request. We may also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order.

23. Your Consent

By submitting information to RNR Sport you consent to the collection and use of this information by RNR Sport and it's Service Provider (if any). If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.

24. Your Email Address

Your e-mail address will be used to communicate with you about your order and products purchased.

Your e-mail address will be used for our marketing purposes unless you unsubscribe. It is possible to unsubscribe at any time, via the My Account section of RNR Sport https://www.RNR Sport.com/secure/myaccount If you do not wish to receive information about our products or services you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link, which exists at the top of all marketing emails sent by RNR Sport, or by managing your subscription status in your account pages on the RNR Sport website.

We safeguard your private information by implementing the appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedure necessary to protect your privacy. To further protect your security, we also take the reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to your personal profile or making data changes. We are committed to protecting your privacy and have security measures in place to prevent unauthorised access to and disclosure of your personal information.

The above privacy statement may not be applicable in all countries of RNR Sport visitors or registered community users, as security policies may vary according to the individual Internet laws in each host country.

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your computer's (or alternative web browsing device’s) hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognise your browser and to provide rich shopping features such as recommend products and loyalty discounts, as well as the storage of items in your Shopping Basket between visits. Social Media Plug-ins for Facebook and Twitter obtain data for tracking purposes. This included the ability to track an audience across devices for advertising purposes in line with the Terms of each social media platform.
