 Camps

Our belief is that triathlon training camps shouldn’t just help you grow as an athlete, but be the most fun you’ll have swimming, biking and running all year. If triathlon’s fourth discipline is transition, then we add a mandatory fifth – and that’s relaxing in the warm evening sunshine with campmates and a glass in hand.

We cater and welcome athletes of all abilities from the novice who has never completed a triathlon to accomplished multiple Ironman competitors. Numbers are kept low enough to provide a tailored experience and a high coach-to-athlete ratio, while still engendering the camaraderie that makes for enjoyable training and lifelong friendships.

Our tri camps prepare athletes with a program that covers all essential parts of pre-season triathlon training such as open water swimming, transition skills, brick workouts, swim, bike and run technical skills and recovery, as well as core stability, flexibility, planning for success and nutrition.

Sessions are split into ability groups where necessary and athletes are supported depending on their goals. As well as the coached group sessions, we also deliver one-to-one technical guidance and planning sessions, plus support with kit and equipment and optional soft tissue therapy to aid recovery.

With everything arranged for you, it just leaves you to focus on pushing the pedals, upping the cadence, nailing the technique and – most importantly – having fun.

What athletes are saying about our Camps…

“Funny and amazing world-class coaches. A stunning-location, awesome campers and super resort staff and guests make every camp better than the last.”

Guy Scott Robertson, Scotland

“I ventured on to my first camp overweight, unfit and was terrified I’d be left behind. The team gave me bucket-loads of help, encouragement and guidance. They are humble, enthusiastic and bags of fun. I've made some real friends for life.”

Heidi Sweetman, London

“Family holidays and triathlon camps are not something you would normally associate together. However, RnR tri camps are the exception to the rule.”
