One of the founders of RnR Sport, Ryan has been coaching goal-orientated athletes and coaches for over 20 years, helping them enjoy the journey and develop a lifelong passion for sport.
A British Triathlon Federation Level 2 and TrainingPeak certified coach, he has guided over 750 athletes at camps, corporate triathlon events, first-timer days and through longstanding one-to-one relationships.
Aged 20 to 70+, coached athletes have come from all over the world including Great Britain, France, Spain, Italy, Jordan, USA, Qatar, Bahrain and more. These include Ironman World Championship qualifiers, solo Channel swimmers and an Enduroman Arch to Arc world record holder.
Ryan is an avid endurance athlete having completed hundreds of triathlon and ultra endurance events including a three-person Channel relay swim, the Marathon des Sables and riding across America in 2006 with heralded cancer campaigner, the late, great Jane Tomlinson.
